<ingredient>2 teaspoons paprika</ingredient>
<ingredient>1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper</ingredient>
<ingredient>2 tablespoons salt</ingredient>
<ingredient>2 15-ounce cans kidney beans</ingredient>
<ingredient>1/4 cup masa flour OR (2 tablespoons flour and 2 tablespoons cornmeal)</ingredient>

<directions>
<step>Brown meat and drain.</step>
<step>Add all ingredients except masa (flour and cornmeal).</step>
<step>Simmer 1.5 hours.</step>
<step>If necessary, add masa (flour and cornmeal) with water, to thicken.</step>
