Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 chicken breakfast sausage, 1 orange. 1 cup coffee.

Lunch: salad with the usual veggies, olives, artichokes, capers, and salami.

Dinner: 1 chicken sausage, 1 large zucchini, 1/2 onion.

Breakfast: 1 egg, 1.5 strips bacon, 1 honey tangerine. 1 cup coffee.

Lunch: salad with the usual veggies, olives, artichokes, capers, and salami.

Dinner: 1 chicken sausage.  1 apple with almond butter.

Breakfast: 1 fried egg.  2 chicken breakfast sausages.

Lunch: 1 chicken sausage

Afternoon Snack: hot apple cider.  banana lara bar

Dinner: catfish filet.  1 leek, 1 shitake mushroom and garlic.  4 golden beets.

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs and 2 chicken breakfast sausages.  1 cup coffee.

Lunch: 1 small zucchini, 1/4 onion, and a couple shitake mushrooms cooked in duck fat and tossed with a little white vinegar.  topped with 2 eggs fried in duck fat.

Dinner: 1 duck leg confit.  1 small zucchini, 1/4 onion, and a couple shitake mushrooms cooked in duck fat and tossed with a little white vinegar. 4 cocktails.

Breakfast: 1 egg, fried. 1 chicken breakfast sausage link. 2 dried pear slices. 1 cup coffee.

Lunch: Pump salad with zucchini, squash, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, guacamole, beef brisket and basil dressing.

Snack: some bell pepper slices and some dried cranberries.

Dinner: steak tartar appetizer and beef brisket entree from Prime Meats.  4 cocktails.

Breakfast: 1 egg, fried. 1.5 slices bacon. 2 dried pear slices. 1 cup coffee.

Lunch: salad with jicama, mushrooms, bell pepper, cucumber, olives, walnuts, hanger steak, artichokes, sesame seeds, beets, and avocado, dried cranberries.

Dinner: 1 chicken sausage.  1 zucchini.  1/2 an onion.  small bowl of apple sauce.

Breakfast: 1 egg, fried. 1 1/2 strips bacon. 4 dried apricots. 1 cup coffee.

Lunch: salad with jicama, mushrooms, bell pepper, cucumber, olives, walnuts, hanger steak, artichokes, sesame seeds, beets, and avocado, dried cranberries.

Dinner: 1/2 a large spaghetti squash filled with pork tenderloin.

Dessert: Couple pieces of dried fruit.

Breakfast: 1 egg, fried. 1 1/2 strips bacon. 4 dried apricots. 1 cup coffee.

Lunch: salad with jicama, mushrooms, bell pepper, cucumber, olives, walnuts, salami, artichokes, sesame seeds, capers, beets, and dried cranberries.

Dinner: cauliflower and turnip mash.  hanger steak.

Dessert: 2 slices dried pear.

Lunch: salad with jicama, mushrooms, bell pepper, cucumber, olives, walnuts, salami, artichokes, sesame seeds, beets, and dried cranberries.

Afternoon Snack: 1/2 navel orange. chamomile tea.

Dinner: eggplant. 1 chicken sausage. cauliflower and turnip mash.

Breakfast: 1 egg, fried. 1 chicken breakfast sausage. 1 navel orange. 1 cup coffee.

Lunch: leftover pot roast, kabocha squash.

Afternoon snack: apple with spoonful of almond butter. chamomile tea.

Dinner: leftover pot roast, kabocha squash.

Dessert: chamomile tea. 1/2 dozen dried apricots.
